I am a Psychologist, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, consultant, and trainer with over 20 years of professional experience.

I am a Certified Trainer of both Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis. I have been trained in state-of-the-art brief treatment techniques, personal resource enrichment, change methodologies, and communication strategies. These skills are broadly applicable to psychotherapeutic change, personal growth, relationship enhancement, and in just living effectively. These skills also valuable in business to promote effectiveness, productivity, and cooperation. My passion is teaching these powerful tools so many can benefit.

As a Psychotherapist, I utilize solution focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, neuro-linguistic interventions, hypnotherapy, eye-movement integration (TM), and other strategies to help positive change happen.
I am accepting new clients for individual, couples, and family therapy.
Help is available for anxiety, depression, marital issues, behavioral addictions, self-control issues, stress management and other concerns. Insurance is accepted for most psychotherapy and treatment services. Psychological evaluations, forensic evaluations, and psychological testing are also specialties.

As a Consultant and Trainer, workshops, seminars, and presentations are offered for community organizations, agencies, mental health professionals, and business.

Training and workshops, in general, focus on a variety of topics, methods and skill-sets; including rapport, influence and persuasion, effective communication, self-enrichment, personal change, effectiveness, motivation, and systemic ecology.

For mental health professionals, trainings are offered in Ericksonian Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), brief psychotherapy, and skills (such as rapport and the effective use of language) that are applicable in psychotherapy of any orientation.
